“The Lady Hoopsters officially defeated Holly Grove 45-41 in an epic overtime victory this Friday night. Again, we must shout out Senior Danielle Simmons for her 16 points, many of which were amazing 3-pointers. We expect nothing less from the best to reward our solid defense and strategic offense, the "mini bus" obviously had to hit up the Chic-Fil-A to grub as Coach Clem serenaded us with his obscure rock music. “Gunston Varsity boys traveled to Holly Grove where they stole the game 51-35. With our seniors Jude Smith having 8 steals, 20 points, Josh Campbell 7 steals and Quinn Baughman 6 steals, the team was prepared. It was a great victory on the road and the Herons look forward to more of the same!”
