Coaches Yvonne Gazelle and Jen Matthews are pleased to announce the following students were recognized by the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) for their achievements:

The NFHCA High School National Academic Squad 2022 recognizes high school juniors and seniors who achieved a minimum cumulative, unweighted GPA of 3.5 out of 4.0 and includes (pictured top row, l-r) Kate Campbell '23, Julia McClary '23, Julia Reed '23 & Abbie Houseknecht '24.

The NFHCA High School National Academic Squad Scholars of Distinction 2022 recognizes high school juniors and seniors who achieved a minimum cumulative, unweighted GPA of 3.9 out of 4.0 and includes (pictured bottom row, l-r) Lane Parkhurst '23 (two years), Samantha Jayne '24, Caitlin Myers '24 and Anna Szwaja '24.

The NFHCA High School Impact Senior Team 2022 recognizes student athletes who meet 3 of 5 character criteria—covering items such as community service and leadership roles—and 5 of 10 athletic criteria to be eligible and includes (pictured right from l-r) Julia McClary '23 & Lane Parkhurst '23.

The Gunston School is delighted to announce a significant stride forward in its sailing program with the acquisition of 18 brand new sets of sails tailored for its fleet of 18 Flying Juniors (FJs).
