A huge congratulations to Erica Reece ’20, who recently graduated from Florida International University with her Master of Social Work! Erica’s journey from Gunston to the professional world has been fueled by a relentless commitment to leadership and service, having completed her undergraduate degree in Forensic Psychology at the Florida Institute of Technology in just three years before diving into graduate studies. During her clinical internship at the Alliance for LGBTQ Youth in Miami, Erica provided affirmative Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, adding to her impactful experience supporting families within the child welfare system. From her days as President of the Mental Health Club and Treasurer of the SGA at Gunston to her current path of obtaining LCSW credentials, Erica continues to live out her motto to "be the good" in the world.
