On Thursday, April 14, Erica Reece '20, was honored with an Outstanding Student of the Year (Junior) award from the Florida Institute of Technology (FIT). Each department recognizes outstanding sophomores, juniors, and seniors and Erica was selected as an honoree from the Psychology department. She currently has a 4.0 GPA and is on track to graduate next year (completing college within 3 years!). She is majoring in Forensic Psychology with a concentration in Child Advocacy and a minor in Pre-law. Erica has secured a summer internship with the Children's Legal Services division of the Department of Child and Family Services and is excited to gain practical experience with families in the dependency system. She'll be taking the LSAT this summer and hopes to start law school in the fall of 2023.
