CWS is starting to wind down as we are just weeks away from the end of the semester. Nonetheless, we had a busy week. We started with a day in the field visiting two farms in Kent County. On Tuesday, Dr. Bill Schindler came again for a plant ID and foraging session on campus. Then, on Wednesday, three local government officials visited the policy class to discuss how local politics works. After the break, the group will head out on their final field expedition to Norfolk and Virginia Beach to explore urban climate change and coastal resilience.
