Gunston's Academic Team competed at a national qualifying tournament at Centennial High School in Ellicott City, Maryland on Saturday, October 15th. Gunston's A team competed against national powers in the Tournament Division, and the B Team won 5 games in the Standard Division. Congratulations to Justin McCubbin ’25 (Annapolis), who was the 11th overall scorer in the B Division. Gunston's A Team consisted of captain Zach Mozher ’23, Maren Kneeland ’24, Margaret Randolph ’25, Trevor Green ’24, and Harrison Dunstan ’24. The B Team included captain Lily Brantner ’25, Justin McCubbin, Brielle Tyler ’23, and Celine Denat.
