Robotics Debuts at Lower Eastern Shore STEM Festival

On Saturday, May 2, five members of the FTC robotics team represented the school at the Lower Eastern Shore STEM Festival at Salisbury University, marking the team’s first public outreach event. Team members Leo and Atticus Forloney '29, Caden Quirion '26, Ben Joyce '29 and Ben Perez '29 spent the day engaging with an enthusiastic crowd of young visitors and showcasing their work. The team was a major draw throughout the festival, even catching the attention of Salisbury University’s mascot, Sammy the Seagull, who stopped by to play ball with the robot. This successful debut on the public stage has the team looking forward to participating in more community events next year!
