Students in Mrs. Grantham’s 10th grade honors chemistry class conducted two experiments recently. In ‘Calculating Molecules,’ students had to find out how many molecules are in a teaspoon of baking soda, sugar, and salt. In another lab, students had to find the mass of a dozen items to then find the mass of each individual item or group of items.
