Last week Gunston’s Model UN Club headed to the Ivy League Model United Nations Conference in Philadelphia. Hosted by the University of Pennsylvania, the four-day event required delegates to debate international policy and draft resolutions alongside students from around the globe. Our students represented Gunston in various committees, navigating complex diplomatic scenarios and practicing public speaking and negotiation. Outside of the conference sessions, the team spent time visiting historic sites in downtown Philadelphia. The experience provided practical insight into international relations and the mechanics of global governance!
