The Gunston School held its annual Golfing “fore” Gunston tournament on May 1 at Queenstown Harbor, bringing together nearly 20 teams of parents, grandparents, alumni, board members, and community friends. The event raised $38,000 for the school’s annual giving program, which directly supports student and faculty programming.
The Gunston School is pleased to announce that the State of Maryland has approved a $150,000 Bond Initiative to support the replacement of the aging roof system on the Paul M. Long Academic Building.
Under clear skies and beautiful spring weather, The Gunston School hosted its annual Heron Pickleball Outdoor Tournament on Saturday, April 18. The event brought together 60 participants, along with spectators, staff, and volunteers to Gunston’s tennis courts for a full day of play. The event raised a little more than $15,000 that will directly benefit Gunston’s 23 varsity sports teams and junior varsity programs, helping to offset the cost of equipment and uniforms.
