Ways to Visit

Open House

Our Open House events offer prospective families a comprehensive look into our community. You will tour our facilities, join a live Q&A panel with current students, hear a special presentation by our Head of School, and chat one-on-one with our faculty and coaches.

Sunday, October 18

  • Session 1: 11:00 a.m.- 12:30 p.m.
  • Session 2: 1:00 - 2:30 p.m.

Sunday, November 1

  • Session 1: 11:00 a.m.- 12:30 p.m.
  • Session 2: 1:00 - 2:30 p.m.

Sunday, January 24*

  • 11:00 a.m.- 12:30 p.m.

Sunday, April 25

  • 11:00 a.m.- 12:30 p.m.

Shadow Visit

Available from October through April for students in grades 8–11, a Shadow Day is the absolute best way to experience Gunston life.

What to Expect:

  • Student Host: Your child will be paired with a current Gunston student who shares similar interests.
  • Classroom Immersion: They will attend 3 to 4 live classes to experience our academic environment.
  • Admissions Interview: The day concludes with a relaxed, 15-minute student interview with the Director of Admission.

Standard Shadow Day Time Slots

All time slots include a 10-minute schedule review beforehand and the 15-minute interview at the conclusion.

Personal Tour

A personal tour offers an intimate look at our academic and extracurricular programs, giving you the opportunity to witness our students and faculty in action.

Duration: Tours typically last one hour.
