The proceeds from these events account for 30% of our Annual Giving Program—unlocking life-changing financial aid for 72% of our students, powering elite student activities like Robotics and Mock Trial, and preserving treasured traditions like Embarkation, Green & White Days, and Open Mic nights.

The Heron Hero Annual Sponsorship
Maximize your impact, simplify your giving, and secure year-round marketing visibility! Instead of sponsoring single events piece-by-piece, our Heron Hero packages bundle your marketing exposure across all three of our major annual events while simultaneously securing your annual Heron Fund participation status.

Expected Attendance: 200–250+ guests
Enjoy a live and silent auction, raffle, and great food and drinks for parents, alumni, faculty, and friends. (Ages 21+) This year’s dedicated “Raise the Paddle” fund will support outdoor student life initiatives (think outdoor classrooms and gathering spaces, benches, tennis court repairs and more!).
The Heron Pickleball Tournament | Saturday, April 18, 2027
Expected Attendance: 75–100 players and spectators
A fast-growing, family-friendly day on the Gunston tennis courts. Proceeds from this event directly fund equipment and vital upgrades for Heron Athletics!

Expected Attendance: 75-100 players
Hit the links at Queenstown Harbor for a spectacular day of friendly competition, prizes, and bragging rights! Hosted on the highly sought-after, premier River Course, this tournament targets regional business professionals and partners.
