Homebase: Easton. I am currently sharing an office with my husband. I think he is quite excited to have me as a roommate. Besides, I brought my math books and plants with me!
Current Projects: Living in a house like ours means to never really be finished with projects! We just got a head start on gardening and contemplating our next big renovation.
Self-Care:  Bonfires & s’mores, long walks in the woods, a lot of quality time with my two sons and a nice family dinner (I love to cook!) Additionally, I am currently taking an online watercolor illustration class.
What I am Listening to: According to Spotify, my current favorites are: Simon & Garfunkel - Bleecker Street, Bob Dylan - Shelter From the Storm, Joni Mitchel - A Case of You, Cat Stevens - Peace Train, The Beach Boys - God Only Knows and Don McLean - Vincent.

Dr. Sarah Lipchock

Homebase: I am currently working from my dining room table, teaching students in Google Meet with occasional appearances from my cats, Ginger and Cayenne. My two human lab assistants have helped me record some YouTube labs for distance learning.
Current Projects: I am figuring out how to teach remotely, while also homeschooling my 2nd grader, Jane, and 5th grader, Simon. We are using LEGOs and treasures from our recycling bin to learn science and art, stacks of books from the library and youtube videos with authors to learn reading, and online games for math. They are also learning a little Spanish to help prepare for our trip to the southwest that we may not get to take this summer and I'm throwing in some lessons on household chores (for once in our lives we are caught up on laundry!).
Self-Care: To keep myself sane I'm training for a 5k with my daughter and I try to read something each night that is not resources for distance learning or children's literature.
What I am Reading/Listening to: Bob by Wendy Mass with Simon and The Very, Very Far North by Dan Bar-el with Jane. My bedtime reading lately includes Walking to Listen by Andrew Forsthoefel and I just finished Dear Martin by Nic Stone.
Family Fun: Each night we take a break from our screens with a family game night. Our favorites include Bananagrams, Rummikub, Set, Apples to Apples, and Clue.

Self-Care: Playing Wii sports and dance games, bike rides, playing Quiddler with the family, zoom calls with friends and family in the UK and USA, painting the house, eating cakes made by Lucy. 
What I am reading: The freshmen and I finished Great Expectations by Charles Dickens! Also, The Sellout by Paul Beatty, A Life Too Short: The Tragedy of Robert Enke by Ronald Reng and I got a new subscription to the New Yorker.
What I am listening to: Alexa gives me "Classical Focus" and "Indie Folk" playlist but I am enjoying Bob Dylan and Lou Reed right now, and Pandora's Hipster Cocktail Party is a family favorite. 
Podcasts: I love the BBC's In Our Time, plus Marc Maron's WTF,  NPR's Fresh Air, and BBC's Desert Island Discs (while I am painting).

Current Projects: In addition to keeping my 3.5yo twin boys entertained, fed and alive, and working remotely, I've been painting and creating villages out of all the cardboard boxes we've accumulated. 
Self-Care: If it is not raining, I go on long walks. If it is raining, I work out around the house and have Step Competitions (via the FitBit) with friends and family.

What I'm watching: Call the Midwife (again) and The Office (so cringy!)
Family Fun: We are on the trampoline every night and we go on long bike rides and walks.  Our newest favorite board game is "Eyes Closed Jenga."
What I'm Listening to: Nothing, because I realize that I listen to my music in the car and my youngest always has her music playing at home!

Homebase: Centreville. My remote office is a quiet and cozy area in our guest bedroom. Our dog, Auggie, is usually hanging out with me, although she isn't doing much work.
Current Projects: I am keeping busy when not at work with cleaning, cooking and laundry.
Self-Care: When it isn't raining I play frisbee in the yard with our dogs. I have also started doing yoga again.
Currently Reading: I just finished reading, The Year of Living Danishly: Uncovering the Secrets of the World's Happiest Country by Helen Russell. I loved it! I have been trying to decide on my next book.

What I am Reading: If you are in the mood for post-apocalyptic pandemic fiction, I just read Station 11 by Emily St. John Mandel and it was very emotionally engaging. I am also reading Will In The World: How Shakespeare Became Shakespeare by Stephen Greenblatt. I have listened to Macbeth, A Midsummer Night's Dream, and my favorite, Julius Caesar on audiobook several times.

Current projects: I love swimming, but my pool is closed, so I am building a list of exercises that will keep me ready for the pool! I’ve also been enjoying doing some creative writing and trying out some new recipes.
Self-Care: Knitting scarves, using my Instant Pot, and Zooming with my friends and family
What I am listening to: Niall Horan’s new album Heartbreak Weather on Spotify
Favorite Social Media: I love the Bon Appetit Magazine Test Kitchen staff! All of them are providing fantastic recipe ideas for me while we’re working remotely, but Claire Saffitz (@csaffitz) is a particular favorite for her baking recipes.
Book I am currently reading: Something That May Shock and Discredit You by Daniel (Ortberg) Lavery who I had the pleasure of meeting in DC before Spring Break.
